Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service in response to inbound calls.
• Accurately enter data and manage orders.
• Keep track of shipments and handle related documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel for various tasks and record keeping.
• Oversee essential paperwork such as bills of lading and certificates of insurance.
• Manage appointments scheduling as per requirements.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls
