Responsibilities & Qualifications:
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Production Supervisor to join our healthcare services team in Dallas, TX
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM (1st shift 8-10 hours); no weekends
Pay range: Starting at $70,000 annually paid weekly (depending on experience) + annual bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Production Associates
- Manage production standards and production schedule that delivers required products
- Establish and manage a Quality Assurance program that meets customer requirements
- Manage product control program to minimize loss:
- Clean return audits
- Load-out management
- Manage Safety & Health Program:
- Ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations
- Maintain high associate approval rating
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years' warehouse or plant management experience required; healthcare or laundry industry a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Computer literate, general PC applications; intermediate Excel a plus
- Ability to work 5-day, 10-hour schedule
- Strong organizational and oral communications skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
