Inventory Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team. Based in Dallas, Texas, your role will involve effectively using a range of software tools and systems, such as Epic Software and IBM AS/400, to manage and optimize our inventory processes.
This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Use Epic Software and other ERP solutions to manage and analyze inventory
- Ensure effective communication with other departments about inventory levels and status
- Regularly audit inventory data to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments
- Utilize IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine for data management and analysis
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or inquiries related to inventory
- Implement and manage collection processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
- Stay current with 'About Time' software for efficient inventory management. • Proficiency in Epic Software is required
- Must be experienced in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Knowledge of ERP Solutions is necessary
- Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is expected
- Experience with Interface Engine is desirable
- Proficiency in About Time Software is a plus
- Demonstrable skills in Auditing are required
- Familiarity with Collection Processes is necessary
- Excellent Communication skills are a must
- Strong Customer Service skills are essential
