Successful sourcers on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done.They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Key job responsibilities- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches, managing customer expectations through deep ROI understanding
- Recruit passive candidates with focus on cultural fit and motivation assessment
- Build and maintain candidate networks through proactive market research and relationship management
- Recommend and implement strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with Amazon's mission
- Develop and execute structured recruitment plans with clear deliverables and timelines
- Screen and interview candidates to create ideal candidate slates within consistent timelines
- Participate in special projects to enhance recruiting practices and identify top talent- 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $138,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
