• Engage with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, providing excellent service throughout the interaction.
• Record and accurately input customer information into the company’s scheduling software.
• Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring customer needs and availability are met.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while managing back-to-back calls.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
• Strong customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and friendliness.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with ease and efficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in using scheduling or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to varying workloads.
