We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity where you will be managing front desk operations and administrative duties in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
- Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
- Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating and maintaining records.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, and distributing mail.
