Housekeeping- Lobby Attendant
Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Responsibilities may include deep cleaning of assigned areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- English communication skills are required for this role.
- Prior Housekeeping or professional cleaning preferred.
- Friendly demeanor to assist and answer guest questions as needed.
- Maintain composure under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
- Clean floors daily.
- Clean Public restrooms on a regular basis as needed throughout the shift
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests fellow associates and self.
- Complete daily assignment check list and submit to supervisor at the end of the day
- Clean and dust daily.
- Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area.
- Clean guestrooms as needed.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
