Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or account management via phone, email, live chat, and/or in person.
  • Resolve issues efficiently by identifying customer needs, troubleshooting concerns, and providing thoughtful solutions.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is documented and actionable in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Go beyond solving problems—proactively offer solutions and insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express empathy and clarity.
  • Comfort navigating CRM systems, email platforms, and basic software tools. Experience with [Insert CRM/software, e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk] is a plus.
  • A knack for resolving issues calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and works collaboratively across teams while maintaining high professional standards.
