Our team is composed of experienced and compassionate professionals who are committed to fighting for the rights and best interests of our clients.We are currently looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in achieving the firm's operational goals.
The Executive Assistant to the COO is a pivotal role that ensures seamless coordination of daily administrative tasks, strategic projects, and internal and external communications. This position is key in optimizing the COO's time and facilitating the smooth operation of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize meetings, create agendas, take minutes, and arrange detailed travel itineraries.
- Project & Event Management: Plan and execute strategic projects and key events, including staff retreats and quarterly team-building activities.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and act as a liaison for LawWorks members and community initiatives.
- Key Tasks: Prepare executive summaries, draft the CEO’s weekly letter, and manage firm suite invitations and catering.

- 5+ year experience as an Executive assistant supporting senior executive
- College degree preferred
- Digital Proficiency in all Operating Systems, Browsers, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Must have a professional demeanor and respect confidentiality and security protocols
- Polished presentation skills with the ability to confidently react to situations in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to exercise good judgment, focusing on prioritizing the Executive's schedule
