Vice President, Supply Chain IT

Work Environment & Location:
- Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute IT strategies that enhance supply chain and manufacturing efficiency, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Simplify and standardize technology systems across operations, creating a shared vision for success.
- Manage, guide, and nurture digital transformation, integrating Industry 4.0 technologies to modernize processes and improve performance.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to optimize supply chain and manufacturing capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to align IT investments with strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
- Foster collaboration, building strong, trust-based relationships with business and technology leaders to drive meaningful impact.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate technology performance, track progress, and continuously refine IT solutions.
- Encourage continuous learning, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for IT teams.
- Enhance internal and external communication, ensuring IT’s contributions and value are well understood.
- Manage and guide with care and conviction, making informed decisions that drive sustainable business success.
- Bachelor’s in IT, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive IT management experience, with expertise in digital transformation, agile methodologies, and IT-enabled business growth.
- Proven ability to build and guide high-performing IT teams, with budget responsibility and project oversight of large-scale IT programs.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), supply chain, and manufacturing technologies (MES, QMS, TMS, WMS).
- Deep understanding of Industry 4.0, cloud solutions, data strategy, and IT security within supply chain and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, balance business risk, and implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
