Job Description

The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Triad will be responsible for:

  • Manage and lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
  • Oversee the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Address any project challenges, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Champion safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Triad should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, with a proven track record in delivering commercial construction project
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction software and tools, as well as proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.
