Job Summary:

Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Require an Associate's degree or equivalent from two (2) year college or technical school; or a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Require ability to work any scheduled shift and to respond to on-call situations.
• Require current A+ certification (must have at time of hire) and one (1) IT Industry Recognized Certification, which must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer date. A Bachelor's degree in relevant field may substitute for Industry Recognized Certification
