Overview:
The Insmed 2025 Summer Internship Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment in the pharmaceutical industry, receive mentoring from highly skilled professionals, and work on dynamic team projects.
Our 2025 Summer Intern program is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship that provides exposure to key DSPV Business Support and Contract Management operations, including vendor management, contract renewals, performance tracking, budgeting, and financial planning.

Interns will work on dynamic team projects, receive mentoring from skilled professionals, and may have opportunities for rotational assignments aligned with the company's strategic business plan.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and oversight of DSPV vendor contracts, including but not limited to the review, negotiation, and tracking of commitments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and global regulations.
  • Support the management of contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Help maintain an organized system for contract documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance against contract terms through key performance indicators (KPI) and work with relevant stakeholders to address any performance issues or improvements identified.
  • Assist in documenting contract-related communications and decisions while maintaining a well-organized system for contract records.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between DSPV Business Support and Contract Management operations and corporate goals.
  • Assess risks in DSPV Business Support and Contracts Management operations, contributing to optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support cohesive contract management and business operations.
  • Collaborate with the DSPV team on budgeting and financial planning for activities and support.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support DSPV Business Support and Contracts Management operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently in full-time pursuit of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced-level degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail with a critical-thinking mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must successfully exhibit Insmed’s five (5) corporate values: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Integrity, & Respect, along with any other position-specific competencies
Salary Range:
  1. 35

Compensation & Benefits:

Eligible for paid company holidays during the intern program.
