Job Description- Assist in the planning, management, and execution of commercial construction projects
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards
- May work with pre-construction team in development of project
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues promptly
- Participate in project meetings and provide status updates
- Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on all sites
- Conduct site visits as necessary to monitor project status

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Asheville should have:
- 2+ years of construction experience with a general contractor is required
- Experience working on ground-up commercial, education, healthcare, and/or industrial construction projects is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $70,000-90,000
