Learning Specialist/Case Manager
Seed Sessions
offers a unique tele-practice program that offers 100% Live, Virtual Special Education and Related Services to educational settings and special education students. Our objective is to bridge the Global Special Education and Therapy world unconstrained by distance and time zone difference through advanced telepractice platforms and virtual human engagements.

We are currently looking for
Learning Specialist/Case Manager
who are interested in working onsite in

Oregon City

Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and create lesson plans that are reflective of established curriculum and state standards.

Provide quality instruction based on established curriculum and state standards.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Display a commitment to learning for all students.
Possess a strong background in Special Education instruction.
Ability to implement differentiated instruction and/or instructional strategies that are reflective of best practices.
Create a positive educational climate for students.
Meet course and school-wide student performance goals.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development as required.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date gradebook via PowerSchool and IEP paperwork in Enrich throughout the school year.
Observe and evaluate student performance.
Collaborate in grade level and department teams to discuss student work, share best practices, and ensure student mastery of standards.
Work with program coordinators to ensure initiatives and student IEP goals are being met.
Prepare and distribute required reports.
Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.

Establish appropriate ongoing communications with parents and guardians in order to report student performance and progress.

Education and Requirements: Possession of a bachelor's degree in special education or a field of K-12 education

Previous experience working with students with special needs.
