Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly and professional initial point of contact for Laurel Cove visitors.
  • Uphold our commitment to creating a warm, caring, and safe environment for all.
  • Demonstrate unwavering professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to meet the needs of our residents and guests.

Qualifications:

  • A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members.
  • A commitment to upholding our values of caring and service.
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years clerical experience required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Food Handlers Cad preferred
  • CPR certification preferred
