ABA Training Technician (Remote)
Overview:
Join the LEARN Behavioral Clinical Development team as a Training Technician!
The Training Technician is responsible for the delivery of training materials for Behavior Technicians, documentation of training status, and storage of certifications or other documents related to training. Training technician works closely with the human resources, clinical leadership, and territory operations teams for efficient and timely delivery of staff training services.
Candidates must reside in Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) and be available to work a Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm PST schedule to be considered.
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Behavior Technician training as assigned by Training manager.
- Monitor data integrity in staff databases.
- Resolve daily and routine issues as well as exercise appropriate judgement for escalation of issues.
- Review and prepare reports on operational metrics.
- Effectively prioritize routine and non-routine work assignments to ensure goals and timelines are achieved.
Skills and Competencies:
- Written and Verbal Communication Proficiency
- Customer/Client Relationship Focused
- Ability to manage complex data and maintain accuracy
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Monday.com
- Willing to work with diverse individuals at all levels of the process (Behavior Technicians, Proctors, Trainers, Clinical Directors)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- A minimum of two years ABA Clinical experience
