We are in search for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations team in Louisville, KY! As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization. In this role, you will evaluate and make improvements to budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related policies and procedures.
You'll also be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general accounting, budgeting, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial data and create forecasting models
- Overseeing audit and internal control processes
- Developing strategies to maximize ROI and meet the company's financial objectives
- Managing budgeting and forecasting, develop reporting dashboards to measure KPIs
- Evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate across the organization with sales and operation managers to ensure accurate and lean inventory forecasting, competitive pricing, and cash flow analysis.
- Supervising finance personnel, including coordinators and analysts.
- Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
- Ensuring the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate manufacturing/distribution experience, 3+ in management role
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Proficient user of finance software
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
