You'll also be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general accounting, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing financial data and create forecasting models
2. Overseeing audit and internal control processes
3. Developing strategies to maximize ROI and meet the company's financial objectives
4. Managing budgeting and forecasting, develop reporting dashboards to measure KPIs
5. Evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations
6. Collaborate across the organization with sales and operation managers to ensure accurate and lean inventory forecasting, competitive pricing, and cash flow analysis.
7. Supervising finance personnel, including coordinators and analysts.
8. Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
9. Ensuring the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth
10. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
11. 5+ years of corporate manufacturing/distribution experience, 3+ in management role
12. Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
13. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
14. Proficient user of finance software
15. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
16. Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
