Our client is looking BSS Solution architect for Long term Calgary/Toronto below is the detailed requirements.

Job Description:

• BSS Solution architect with hands on implementation knowledge in Product Catalog, CPQ, CRM (Sales/Offer), Retail, Digital e-Commerce, recommendation engine platform.
• Sound knowledge in wireline service multi-play offer modelling (B2C
• Must and B2B
• preferred )- such as Internet , TV , PSTN/VOIP etc.
• Consultancy Service with Business Sales Management to understand the Offer Mgmt. /Sales Principles and develop/drive the end to end solution based on Industry trend and TM Forum recommendations.
• Sound knowledge in BSS Integration based Open API standard and TM Forum SID model.
• Can present the solution to Business and IT stakeholders related to proposed blue print architecture with pros/cons analysis.
• Should have hands on design knowledge on end to end RAPID Offer Mgmt. and Order Delivery solution.
• Should be able to translate the Business requirements/vision into TO-BE Solution architecture.
• Hands on implementation knowledge in REST/Graph QL/ Micro service based solution on BSS Integration.
• Must understand Lead, Opportunity ,Quote ,Order and Assets life cycle process/solution.

Desired Requirements:

• Strong understanding in Offer Mgmt. as Service with centralized catalog platform.
• Hands on knowledge in Product catalog and CPQ configuration/customization in COTS solution.
• Solution architecture knowledge in North America/Europe Service Provider.
• TOGAF/TM Forum Certification.
• Billing Solution implementation
