Corporate Paralegal
Robert Half Legal is recruiting a Transactional Paralegal for the East Bay office (next to BART station / hybrid telecommute half the week) of a large law firm. This position is responsible for assisting on corporate matters and deal work for three transactional lawyers, including a very friendly and well-connected partner with a good book of clients.
Duties include corporate governance (entity formation and maintenance; Secretary of State filings), transactional due diligence (managing deal checklists and assembling closing binders), and contracts administration (tracking redlines, proofreading final drafts of agreements, and getting signature pages).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience;
- College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate;
- Very detail-oriented and analytical (good at issue spotting), highly organized, and strong writing and editing skills; and
- Enjoys collaborating with other smart, interesting, and friendly professionals.

- Experience with helping on mergers and acquisitions (M& A) deals
- Experience in preparing and handling non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
