As the IT Healthcare Manager of Data Analytics you will lead data analytics and reporting initiatives. You will manage a small team and translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in data analytics/report writing.
- Proficiency with SQL and tools such as SAS, Tableau, Business Objects and or Power BI.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare data (EPIC), EHR, HIPAA highly preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement Data Analytics Services within business model.
- Develop Epic reports; manage request and time tracking.
- Standard and ad hoc analyses to support value-based care.

- Must possess a strong knowledge of Database management and operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and methodologies is required.
- Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is essential.
- Skilled in creating and interpreting data dashboards.
- Should have a deep understanding of IT healthcare data analytics and its applications.
- Proven experience in managing a team in a data-centric environment.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
