Landscape Designer/Project Manager
Our client is a well established high-end residential design build firm. They are looking for a designer/project manager who has a true desire to design and build remarkable residential landscapes. Projects designed with authentic materials and extremely well thought out spaces that require true craftsmanship to build.Landscapes that seamlessly align with each homes unique architectural style and surroundings with design details that allow each project to age and become even greater as time goes on. Gardens that become the personality of the property and designed with generations in mind becoming a true legacy of the land they sit upon!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and creative process for all size of landscape projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and propose creative and effective landscape solutions.
- Produce high-quality design presentations.
- Oversee all stages of construction including scheduling, material procurement, timeline, budget, quality assurance.
- Mentor and guide junior landscape designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Project Management or related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related design software.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing installation teams.
- Proficiency in design, problem-solving, and project management.
