**IMPORTANT TO NOTE** this position does require working some weekends. The weekend work can be done remotely. The selected candidate would need to have a flexible schedule to accomodate fluxuating business needs. Additionally, there may be times that an adjusted schedule (for instance - 12PM-8PM) is needed. The chosen candidate truly needs to have a flexible schedule. The Essentials:

  • Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Professional demeanor complemented by a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with homeowners.
  • Flexible schedule to accomodate weekend work as needed (remotely/work from home)
salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Take Inbound Calls and Follow Up with Leads: Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers by answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on leads generated from various sources, ensuring timely and effective communication to enhance customer engagement.
  • Quality Leads: gather detailed information about homeowners' needs during initial conversations.
  • Assess requirements regarding projects, including types of services needed, timelines, and budget considerations, to determine the suitability of leads for the company's offerings.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of the company’s services, including quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and concerns of homeowners, effectively showcasing how the company can meet their requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with homeowners through consistent communication and personalized service.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction, address any questions or concerns, and build trust to encourage future referrals and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, greeting visitors warmly and professionally. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and ensure that all communications are handled efficiently.
