IT Support Tech III (Help Desk) - Top Secret Clearance - Miami

Overview:

Are you an experienced IT Support Tech III (Help Desk) who would like to be a part of a big mission? Do you have a current Top Secret Clearance and Security + Certification? If you answered yes, then we have an amazing opportunity for you at US Air Force Technical Application Center at Patrick Space Force Base whose mission is to monitor nuclear treaties of all applicable signatory countries.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal computer, hardware, and software support.
• Diagnose reported hardware, software, and network problems.
• Maintain network diagrams, circuit records, and trouble logs.
• Provide technical support for computers and associated networks to meet Cyber Support.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors.
• Work with a highly skilled team of analysts on the development or refinement of current and future IT systems.
• Investigate information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases.

Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active TS/SSBI with SCI eligibility
• High School Diploma
• Experience: 3+ Years of related experience performing a wide variety of IT Help Desk functions
• Certifications: Security + CE

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
