For one of our clients, we are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer, remotely from Connecticut but will consider candidates in Massachusetts.

Working with proprietary software, you will engage clients through phone, text, and email to address inquiries and drive loan completion. This role requires a client-focused, highly motivated professional who excels in building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Accountabilities:

• Clearly communicate the value proposition, products, and loan process.
• Drive sales through a consultative approach and meet monthly origination targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Manage client communication through phone, email, and SMS.
• Provide timely responses and flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience as a loan originator or loan officer in commercial or non-owner occupied residential real estate.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally visit the office in West Hartford, CT.
