Your key function will be to perform administrative tasks, handle patient inquiries, maintain patient records, and schedule patient appointments.

• Schedule appointments and provide information to callers as needed

• Interact with a diverse patient base, including those seeking emergency services

• Utilize basic computer skills for various tasks
• Follow non-clinical practices and procedures in the workplace
• Ensure proficient typing and documentation for efficient operation.
• Proficiency in customer service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to accurately document information and maintain records
• Skilled in planning and organizing tasks and responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with procedures, practices, and regulations within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in typing and use of computer systems, particularly Mac computers
• Professional proficiency in computer skills, including the use of software applications and systems
