Recruiter
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Entry-Level Recruiter for a 6-month temporary position to support our high-volume hiring initiatives for 2025! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about connecting great talent with amazing opportunities, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in recruiting.
- strong time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines effectively.
- A self-starter who can work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience with Workday is a must.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent training.
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities- Manage the entire recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Be the go-to contact for candidates, providing insights into our hiring process and job vacancies.
- Prepare job offer materials to match role specifications.
- Innovate and develop recruiting processes to align with our department’s goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
