Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: $17 - $20 per hour (Depending on experience)
Job Description: Are you an experienced Forklift/Hi-Lo Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are building a candidate pool for future openings with top employers in the Grand Rapids area. If you have a proven track record of operating forklifts or hi-lo machines safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift or hi-lo to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging materials.
- Perform daily safety checks on the forklift/hi-lo and report any issues.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license - required.
- Valid forklift operator certification (preferred).
- Previous experience as a forklift/hi-lo operator.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Verification of High School Diploma or GED (if available).
Shift Availability:
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
