Program Manager
A Program Manager is needed for a world leader in medical devices that seeks to offer innovative solutions in neurosurgery, and reconstructive and general surgery. Remote work (EST). This role involves supporting the Senior Program Manager in overseeing the EU MDR program, including managing compliance, remediation projects, developing program processes, tracking progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.

salary: $58.19 - 81.29 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Develop robust timelines and plans for the program.
- Develop or improve program processes to drive efficiency.
- Update program trackers and reports.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Support PMO deliverables for program health improvement.
- Ensure implementation of program strategies.
- Plan and develop methods and procedures for program execution.
- Control and coordinate personnel for program activities.
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast pace, high visibility environment.
- Demonstrated success leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- strong problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED, 7+ years of experience.
- 5+ years managing compliance, remediation, or new product development projects within the medical device industry.
