ERP Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Business Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify business needs, configure ERP solutions, and enhance system functionality to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend ERP system enhancements and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system workflows, reports, and user roles.
• Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, including data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and customize ERP modules to align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal system utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, working with IT and vendors as necessary.
• Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on ERP trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas like finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or HR.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification).
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA.
