Primary Job Duties:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.
This is a full-time position.- Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Issue tickets, assign seat assignments, check baggage, board flights and provide any other information needed
- Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
- Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
- Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only have to meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid unrestricted state issued driver’s license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a pre-placement background check
- Pass a pre-placement drug screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- This is a full-time position, starting at $18.00 an hour
