• Handle and process customer credit applications with high precision.
• Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.
• Ensure all customer credit records are accurately maintained.
• Use spreadsheet software to manage and organize customer data.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in office software is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
