Receptionist

Your duties will involve data entry, email correspondence, and organizing files in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, managing a multi-line phone system
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• Perform data entry tasks ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Handle email correspondence professionally and timely
• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word effectively for various tasks
• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of office time
• Utilize your interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist role
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proficient in answering multi-line phone system
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
