Communications Assistant

Our company is seeking a Communications Assistant to help ensure clear communication of our company’s message across all channels. In this role, a successful candidate should be a great communicator with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Create an authentic, engaging, and genuine experience for potential and current clients.
  • Greet guests warmly, provide guidance and general information and how we are transforming the market.
  • Know all aspects of company offers, including all daily activities, services, and events.
  • Assist in marketing organization and planning, customer appreciation, and industry outreach events.
  • Monitor and evaluate service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address problems, and make improvements accordingly.
  • Track projects and campaign exposure.
  • Facilitate effective internal communications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to every customer.
  • Handle confidential customer information appropriately and treat it sensitively.
  • Preserve customer data for both current and new customers.
  • Be polite, comprehensive, and efficient when handling requests and complaints.
  • Demonstrate timely monitoring and follow-up of customer requests and commitments.
