• Send invoices to customers following order completion
• Assist with the sales team, contributing to inside sales efforts

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and data

• Oversee warehouse duties as required to support the team • Proficiency in Customer Service, with a proven ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively

• Experience in Inside Sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
