Senior Manager, Operational Excellence
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate work experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Engineer Trainee, Operational Excellence or related.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field plus seven (7) years of of post-baccalaureate work experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Engineer Trainee, Operational Excellence or related.
Must have experience with/in:
- Operational Excellence,
- Six Sigma and Lean skills,
- Continuous Improvement in biopharmaceutical or related industry, and
- Experience with quality department.
The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience.
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
May telecommute 50% of time to Devens, MA from any US location.

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
