• Demonstrated proficiency in general customer service, including the ability to resolve complaints and queries.
• Proven data entry skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with email correspondence, demonstrating strong written communication skills.
• Knowledge of handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, showcasing ability to draft and edit detail-oriented documents.
• Experience in order entry, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
