Operations Coordinator
This is a permanent position, reporting to the Vice President of Operations. Beautiful office centrally located a few blocks west of the White House in northwest DC, this is a flex hybrid position on-site 1-2 days a week. The position supports internal office operations and communications, vendors, service-oriented projects, supplies and vendors, and the travel process for staff.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and expanding team and work for an incredibly passionate and extremely talented leadership team. The salary range for the role is commensurate with experience: 60-65k.

Responsibilities- The Operations Coordinator will provide direct administrative support to the VP of Operations and Operations Manager
- Operations oversees three key areas: internal service support, procurement, and the travel/visa process
- Manage internal calendar for staff and VP of Operations, scheduling, deadline management, reporting
- Provide support to staff for various projects
- Order supplies, manage vendors, manage internal staff requests
- Set up and meeting coordination
- Process invoices and expenses
- Streamlining procurement and internal/external travel process
