Commercial Property Manager

In this role, you will be the driving force behind maintaining and enhancing properties, building strong tenant relationships, and collaborating with vendors to uphold the highest standards of property management.

Please keep in mind, this position is only 4 days a week. There could be opportunities to take on leasing which would add commission and more hours but that would be at a later date and not available immediately.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in commercial property management or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Florida real estate license (preferred but not required).
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.

• Handle day-to-day property management operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure optimal condition.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, emergency protocols, and other legal requirements.
• Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and reporting.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare and present monthly financial and operational reports.
• Secure and manage vendor contracts as needed.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee capital improvement projects.
• Collaborate with asset managers to review real estate tax processes.
• Perform additional duties related to the successful management of a commercial real estate portfolio.
