General Contractor in the St. Louis area with a strong pipeline of projects in a variety of commercial secotrs. This company is rapidly growing with plans to double their revenue in the next 5 years. The position involves consulting partners from conception including feasibility, design, preconstruction, contractor selection, construction stage management, and through completion and turnover.Smaller company that offers the potential for a ton of growth opportunity. Possibility for a seat at the decision making table down the line. Company offers competitive salary and benefits.
Job Description- Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion
- Organize client meetings/sub meetings and develop long-term relationships
- Perform estimates
- Prepare budgets and schedules
- Report directly to the President and Operations Manager
- Proactively drive solutions

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process.
- Estimating/Preconstruction experience is a plus.
- Carpentry background or electrical experience is a plus
- Potential to grow into leadership roles
- Strong presentation and desire to client face
- Base salary $115,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience
