Human Resource Generalist

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a generalist.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities- Support employee relations initiatives and maintain employee records.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding, including employment verifications and benefits orientations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
