You’ll bring on new customers and learn to close million-dollar deals through teamwork, efficiency, and laser-sharp focus on client needs. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the PEO industry. We require that you are self-motivated and hungry for success.

Prior experience in a competitive sales organization is very helpful.

Sales Consultants are on the front lines of hunting new business for PEO Spectrum through executing telemarketing, email, social media, and networking. You will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you to hone your skills and knowledge while fighting to get your first deals over the finish line.

Sales Consultants become gradually more involved in the client process as their skills develop. You are expected to graduate to Senior Sales Consultant within 12 months of start date at which point you can independently prospect and close deals.

Eligibility for such promotion is based on clear measures of production. Senior Sales Consultants receive residual commissions, earn $300k+, and receive inbound sales leads.

Experience in B2B sales is helpful, experience in payroll, insurance, HR, tech is also helpful.
