Accounts Payable Clerk

This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Concur, as well as experience processing expense reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing—reviewing, coding, and entering invoices accurately into QuickBooks.
• Expense reimbursement management using Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Vendor management, including maintaining records, processing payments, and handling inquiries.
• Invoice approvals and reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
• Assisting with month-end close, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborating with internal departments to improve AP processes and optimize workflow.
• Supporting audit requests by providing documentation and account details as needed.
• Cross-training in Accounts Receivable (AR) functions is a plus, assisting with invoicing and payment applications when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the financial services or wealth management sector.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Concur is required.
• Experience with expense reimbursements and employee travel expenses.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and month-end close procedures.
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus but not required.
