Job Description: The Application Analyst is responsible for gathering business and systems requirements, designing and developing IT/Computer systems solutions, leading the implementation of such solutions by choosing and configuring hardware, software and data for IT solutions. Application Analyst will be responsible for developing new security applications, enhancing existing software, and proposing methodologies for customizing software for client. Some of the duties but not limiting to are detailed below:
Responsibilities: ❖ Analyze computer application to verify functionality with specific requirements as per business users.
❖ Design workflow diagrams and charts to demonstrate functionality of programs before coding them.❖ Run software tests to identify and resolve bugs and inconsistencies.
❖ Write scripts and codes for software patches and bug fixes.
❖ Collaborate with other business users, team members to understand their needs and devise ways to interact with them for effective software delivery.
❖ Perform regular reviews to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow.
❖ Provide testing, training, and support for third-party software products.
❖ Resolve user-submitted problems and questions.
Requirements:- Bachelors degree in IT or computer science or a related field.
- Exposure to any computer programming or software development and deployment is a plus.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.
