Assignment Details:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited LPN program (required).
• Licensing: Active NYS LPN license and registration (required).
• Experience:
• OB/GYN experience (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year using Epic EMR (preferred).
• Skills:
• Knowledge of infection control and performance improvement principles (required).
• Effective delegation skills (required).
• Spanish bilingual skills to support patient care (preferred).
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in the OB/GYN department.
• Accurately document patient records using Epic EMR.
• Adhere to infection control and performance improvement protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.
• Float to other locations as required.
