E-Billing Analyst

Your key function would be processing invoices, monitoring compliance with client billing guidelines, and tackling discrepancies.

• Manage and maintain the electronic billing system to ensure its efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness
• Process invoices thoroughly and promptly, adhering to established procedures

• Use Accounting Software Systems and Aderant to perform various accounting functions
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and perform auditing tasks when necessary
• Carry out billing functions using Elite 3E and other relevant software
• Contribute to the overall financial success of the organization through effective legal billing procedures. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Expertise in using Aderant software is essential
• Understanding and experience in Accounting Functions is necessary
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial
• Familiarity with Auditing procedures is required
