Help Desk Analyst

Your responsibilities will also include password management and other duties when not supporting the Canvas environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in a Canvas environment for faculty and staff members, ensuring smooth operations during high-traffic periods such as the start and end of semesters.
• Manage password changes and security protocols to ensure data protection and system integrity.
• Utilize Android Development skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile applications.
• Leverage Cisco Technologies to ensure efficient network operations and clear communication channels.
• Work with Citrix Technologies to facilitate remote access and virtualization solutions.
• Maintain and manage databases to ensure accurate and accessible data storage.
• Handle EO/IR systems to facilitate effective electronic and infrared operations.
• Utilize Active Directory for network management, including user authentication and access control.
• Provide support for Apple Devices, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any software or hardware issues.
• Perform Configuration Management tasks to maintain system security and performance standards.
• Handle Deployments, including software updates and system upgrades, to ensure the continuous improvement and efficiency of the system. • Must possess strong knowledge and experience with Android Development
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required
• Demonstrated expertise in Citrix Technologies is necessary
• Must have a strong understanding and experience with Database systems
• Experience with EO/IR systems is mandatory
• Should possess strong knowledge of Active Directory
• Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting Apple Devices is required
• Must have experience with Computer Hardware
• Knowledge and experience in Configuration Management is necessary
• Experience with Deployments is a must-have.
