Accounts Receivable Specialist - Duluth, GA

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for our national manufacturing client on a project basis to reconcile, post, and deposit accounts receivables. This contract role is on-site in Duluth, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Review payments and corresponding details for processing
• Post payments to appropriate accounts
• Partner with team members including Collections, Help Desk, and Accounts Receivable
• Communicate account updates timely

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 2+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience
• 2+ years of automotive dealership experience
• Advanced technology skills using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, CDK, Solar Winds, Sales Force, and Zen Desk
• Strong written and communication skills
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
