As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be joining a dynamic manufacturing team focused on producing high-quality electronic assemblies. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes and supporting New Product Introductions. Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and job travelers.Provide engineering support for BOM loading, AVL verification, ECN management, and quality improvements.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation and first unit builds.
Optimize workflows for PCB assemblies, design custom tools, and ensure efficient production processes.
Configure, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Develop software programs for SMT machines and other production equipment while training operators on new processes.
Collect and analyze production data, implementing corrective actions and sustaining process improvements.
Stay current with industry advancements and identify tools to improve production efficiency.
