**What You'll Get To Do:**
**Key Job Duties:**
+ Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment.
+ Manage the transloading of cargoes and commodities securely.
+ Report any unsafe operations or behaviors to the production manager.
+ Conduct pre-job inspections and regular maintenance of equipment.
+ Operate equipment under varying conditions, adjusting controls as necessary.
+ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety standards and company policies.
+ Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities.
+ Work independently, following instructions and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Teamwork skills and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
+ Knowledge of rig operations and maintenance.
+ Experience in stevedoring is advantageous.
+ Proficiency in operating heavy equipment.
+ Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card.
+ Must pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check.
**Work Environment:**
+ Work in varying weather conditions and at different elevations.
+ Exposure to moderate to high noise levels.
+ Rotational shift work required, often exceeding twelve hours per day.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Physically demanding role requiring climbing, lifting (over 50 lbs. occasionally), and other physical activities.
+ Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
